Door Storage
Use the hanging clear shoe organizers!  One can be used in the entryway for hats, gloves and scarves, one in the kitchen for spices and small bags. Of course, one in the closet for shoes.

T is for Toaster
Use an A-Z accordion file for storing instruction booklets for appliances and electronics. Staple the receipt to the inside of the booklet and then file it under the letter of the alphabet it fits. Example: toaster goes under T and not under the brand name. This system makes it possible for anyone in the household to find instruction booklets without having to ask or search the entire house since they're all stored in one location.

Has your realtor indicated that your home would show better if some of your personal belongings were already packed away?

Are you downsizing from a home you lived in most of your life and feeling like the entire process is just too overwhelming?

We work with many realtors in the community to help get homes ready to show to potential buyers.  You only get one chance to make a first impression and we understand how truly important that is.  We can help you figure out what to organize and keep, what to give away or discard and how to make your home look like it is ready for a new owner.  Finally, we can also assist with the organizing process and unpacking once you have found a new home and need to get settled.
